SMS messaging terms
Programme description. Daniel Harvey, trading as Brand Face, sends text messages to people who have provided their mobile number and given consent through the chat widget at brand-face.com. Messages are marketing messages about offers, discounts and course updates, and replies to any message you send us. Consent is collected through a separate, optional checkbox in the widget and is never bundled with any other agreement.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We will confirm by text and send nothing further. To rejoin, give consent again in the chat widget.
Support. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected] during business hours.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Supported carriers. Our programme works with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon.
Age. You must be 18 or older to take part.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Your access
Your registration or order confirmation sets out the package you receive. Course access does not depend on buying a website subscription.
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the UGC Starter Kit course materials and templates. The community and group coaching calls are included while we run them. Access details are sent to your email shortly after registration.
Keep your account details secure and contact us if you cannot access your materials.
Payments
Any applicable charge and taxes are shown before you confirm your order. The price agreed at checkout applies to that order. An entry payment is a one-time payment and does not start a Brand Face subscription.
Website tools
The training includes portfolio-building guidance. Website tools may involve separate costs, which are not included in your Brand Face entry payment.
A Wix purchase is a separate agreement with the provider identified at its checkout. Check that provider's price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before buying.
Refunds and withdrawal
Contact [email protected] with your order details to request a refund, and we will handle the request in line with the consumer protections that apply where you live. These terms do not limit refund rights or other consumer protections that the law gives you.
Course materials and community
You may use the training and templates to develop your own portfolio and paid work. You may not resell or redistribute the course materials or share your account.
You retain ownership of work you submit. You give us permission to host and display it only as needed to provide the service. Marketing use requires separate permission.
Do not post unlawful material, harass other members or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access to address misuse, with notice and a chance to resolve the issue where appropriate.
Results and responsibility
The UGC Starter Kit provides education. We do not guarantee earnings, paid assignments or a particular business result.
Except where the law does not allow this limit, our liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for your order.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and complaints
We will date updates to these terms and notify you of material changes where required. Updates will not remove rights attached to an existing order.
